层理劣化影响下破碎顶板巷道变形机理及控制研究#br#

Roadway Support under Broken Roof Based on Laminar Degradation Research and Field Application

摘要:

为解决层理劣化的破碎顶板下巷道支护难题,以辛置煤矿东四运输延伸巷为工程背景,研究了该巷道层理劣化的顶板变形破坏规律,提出了相应的支护对策,并进行了现场应用。采用FLAC3D中的interface 单元,建立了含层理的巷道顶板模型,分析了层理影响下破碎顶板变形破坏特征,对比了不同支护方案的巷道围岩变形规律。对层理劣化的顶板,高预应力锚杆能充分提高顶板自承载能力,进而降低锚杆支护密度,既能控制巷道围岩变形,亦能提高掘进速度。最终,将提出的支护对策应用于现场,监测数据表明:该支护对策能保证巷道围岩稳定,且有利于提高巷道掘进速度,对类似的层理劣化的破碎顶板下巷道支护提供了参考。

Abstract:

In order to solve the difficult problem of supporting the roadway under the laminated deteriorated broken roof, the deformation and damage law of the roof slab under the laminated deterioration of the roadway was studied, and the corresponding support countermeasures were proposed and applied in the field, using the east four belt extension road of Xinzhi coal mine as the engineering background. Using the interface unit in FLAC3D, the roof model of the laminated roadway was established, the deformation and damage characteristics of the broken roof slab under the influence of laminae were analyzed, and the deformation law of the roadway surrounding rock with different support schemes was compared. For the laminated roof slab, the high prestressed bolt can fully improve the self-bearing capacity of the roof slab, and then reduce the bolt support density, which can control the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock and also improve the digging speed. Finally, the proposed support measures were applied to the site, and the monitoring data showed that the support measures can ensure the stability of the roadway surrounding rock and help to improve the roadway digging speed, and provide a reference for similar laminar deterioration of the roadway support under the broken roof.
